I have been with Server Powered for a couple of years, using their Professional VPS.
I moved to their VPS from their shared hosting plan because of a hard disk failure which lost all my site files and data.
Moving to their VPS felt much more stable. Their downtime, if any, has never been noticed by me.
However, there was a DoS attack on their site which again wiped all my site files and data.
They took absolutely no responsibility for this, nor did they have ANY back-ups.
But i stayed with them. Thinking it would be too hard to change Hosts. This was a mistake.
Unless you pay them extra money they will not help with ANY support queries or requests.
Even when requesting basic information or highlighting errors on their part i am often sent a link to Google.
I would not recommend anyone to use this service. There are so many to choose from, so there is no point choosing a bad one such as Server Powered.
