I have about 7 machines and 16 VPS with liquidweb for about 4 years, i must say: the tech support is amazing. They answer you at night, weekends and holydays in about 5 minutes. Nothing is faster than they.
The network is almost perfect, I had never have a problem with they. Also, if somehting fails in the hardware, they replace the part with a new one. And after a time, you can upgrade your hardware without cost. They are very good.

I run a lot of websites and used most of the big web hosting companies out there. I recently switched to LiquidWeb for VPS and the support has been truly excellent. What really impressed me was that I reccently had a complicated support issue and the LiquidWeb support staff worked as a team and found an immediate temporary fix to keep my website operating properly, and then went on to fully resolve the problem within 24 hours, hence avoiding any interruption to my business. What a contrast from the other web hosting companies I've used in the past, which would go down for days at a time without explanation!
If you need a reliable VPS or Dedicated server I highly recommend LiquidWeb.

I've been a Liquidweb customer for over 3 years and have 2 VPS and one dedicated server with liquid web and they are just fantastic.
If you are looking for something cheap then look else where, however if you need a reliable service with good fast support then Liquidweb are just fantastic. As with anything you get what you pay for, you pay a little more with Liquidweb but it is worth it.

They are not the cheapest VPS hosting service, but where they lack in price they make up in service.
I signed up to Liquid Web about three months ago and have been 100% satisfied from day one.
