Bodhost is one of the best hosting company on the internet. We have had one VPS with them since January of 09. They are bit pricey though, but when it comes to quality and performance you will have the best of it. Bodhost offer amazing support and the ability to set anything up. They are strongly recommended for business web sites or anyone wanting performance like a standalone server. If you need support and if you want to call them, they are always available there to help.

So far I have been with bodhost after switching from the awful service recevied from VPSLAND.
Bodhost have been very very helpful with everything they have done.
The connection to my VPS from where I am is a little slower than before, but it is more than fast enough to service the 15 websites and email domains I host on the VPS.
Bodhost also leave alot more of the configuration to you in your VPS rather than forcing you to use the default configuration as per VPSLAND.
I have not had any issues or negative feelings about the service they have provided or the reliablity of the system.

Absolutely horrible.
Out of the month I have been with them:
First 2 weeks: no problem
Week 3: Write a support ticked to have Windows Media Services installed. Been 14 days and no response to the ticket at all
Week 4: Server goes down for 48 hours straight on the account of RAID hardware failure. No data was lost but support was horrible. Tried calling phone numbers on site the first day but their phone plan was not paid for so could not accept calls.
Talk to people in chat and the whole time, when asked "How much long" the response was "Some Time" *all reps spoke in broken english
Got on second day, got ahold of someone on the phone, but they said they cannot assit me over the phone, will need to file a support ticket or use Live Chat
Asked them for a refund for the current month and an additional free month because of the downtime as a result of their 99.96% uptime guarantee. Rep responds "Sorry sir, 99.96% guarantee does not cover hardware or network issues" ummmm ok! What does it cover? "Any but network or hardware issues". Seriously, that was all they could say.
After that 2 downtime, server continually shut down for 2-3 hours ever night for the next 5 days at which point I gave up with them and move companies.

Too many problems

We are a small outsourcing company based in Ukraine, we decided to purchase hosting from BODHost less than a month ago, because I had read good reports about them.
Since then I have reinstalled my server twice and now it is password protected from the internet, without any reason. Prior to that the server was down for around 5 days, for this they have tried to shift the blame to me by saying I have installed something that has corrupted the core files.
Plesk has not worked on the server since the first time the server needed reinstalling. I setup my website in plesk with all options unlimited, but found I could not add more than one email address to my domain name, but now Plesk does not run at all.
I have been a server administrator for 7 years and have never had so many problems with a server.
The battle with them for a refund continues, as I cannot justify the money for something that does not function!!
This is intended as a review of my experiences and not a moan about the company.

Based on the reviews here I chose bodhost about three weeks ago for Dedicated Server hosting. As I was really just getting started in this world, but I can already report that of more than half-dozen requests I've made for technical support, all of them have gotten immediate (inhumanly fast) responses demonstrating solid commitment to customer service. This makes me feel very confident about hosting my sites with bodhost.com.
