I've been on Altirahost for about a year or so. Suddenly I'm having trouble accessing the server via Ssh. I tried to email support and the email was bounced. I tried calling the numbers on their website and they don't work. I tried submitting a help ticket via their website and I got an Ssl error. I decided to ignore that and then got an error message saying license information was invalid - I assume it refers to the license for their help desk software.
I found an additional number on my invoice for my last hosting payment that was different from the ones on their website. I called that number and it was someone's cellphone. He answered it "Hello" so I told him I was trying to reach Altirahost and this was one of the numbers I had for them. In a vague sort of way he said that the number was correct. I started asking about the above issues. He didn't say anything for several seconds and said he'd have someone get back to me. That was hours ago. No one has. I doubt that anyone will either.
