Stay Away - Dotster VPS VPS Review
I have dozens of domains on Dotster VPS, I have the top-level VPS Package, and have been a customer for 3 years.
Today when my server went down, after talking to Customer Service three times, the latest report is that it should be back online in 24 to 48 hours. For me this is totally unacceptable for a business customer.
Their Customer Service has always been bad, but this is just too much. I guess they are simply looking to host one-domain family websites rather than businesses who care if all of their employees have no email for 2 days at a time.
Best advice: If you care about timely service, stay away from Dotster.
