VPS.net is a great "cloud" VPS provider, one of the things that I like about VPS.net is the fact you arn't locked into a deal. Unlike a dedicated server you can almost instantly add resources and nodes to your VPS and see the upgrades go live in under a minute, this is a great feature if you ever have a traffic spike and need to ramp up the server.
VPS.net is a great VPS provider and the prices are OK you get a discount as you buy more nodes.
