Bad support team and issues with firewall - HostV VPS VPS Review
First impressions with HostV VPS was not so pleasing.
It took them upto 12 hours after payment to get my VPS activated. After I got my VPS setup, I moved on to setting up security on the VPS and decided to install ConfigSecurity & Firewall (CSF) firewall on the VPS. And then it was disappointing again.

RESULT: csf will not function on this server due to FATAL errors from missing modules [4]

I notified the support team about this and it took them unacceptably long for them to inform me that CSF cannot be installed on their VPS and offered to install APF for me.
I have tried this with many other VPS providers and installing CSF was never a problem. I believe that CSF is the best firewall when it comes to a cPanel server and HostV\'s cPanel VPS does not have support for CSF. This is very embarrassing!!
