we are very impressed with bytehouse's level of customer support. We have had all our concerns addressed and have found the staff at bytehouse to be friendly and helpful.
The speed and resilience of the virtual server as well as the connectivity (runs on BGP4 routing with 3 or 4 tier one providers.) means we are very happy we chose them!
